Workout Recap - Week 45

Sunday, November 4th – 12.62 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Monday, November 5th – 75 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Tuesday, November 6th – 4.44 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Wednesday, November 7th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Thursday, November 8th – 8.12 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Friday, November 9th  Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Saturday, November 10th – Griffith Park Trail Half Marathon & Rock 'N' Roll Las Vegas 5K

I guess you could say it was a busy week ;) Got in 47.78 miles (the half marathon on Saturday was short {only 11.5 miles}, but more on that later - suffice it to say that might be why the numbers don't add up if you were to do the math on your own), a rest day and a cross-training day. I really want to do better about getting in more cross-training and strength training now that my goal marathon is done and over with - I know it will only make me a stronger (and healthier) runner!
