Sunday, October 28th – Rock N Roll Los Angeles Half Marathon, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, October 29th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, October 30th – 4 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, October 31st – 8 mile progressive run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, November 1st – 6 mile run
Friday, November 2nd – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, November 3rd – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
A bit of a cutback week after last week; only got in 41.1 miles this week. Now that my legs are "back to normal" after Ventura, it's time to start taking more of my runs to the trails and working in more elevation. Avalon 50/50 will have upwards of 8,000 feet of elevation gain, so gotta work on those muscles and get my legs ready to tackle the hills!
