Sunday, May 27th – 8 mile run with the hubby
Tuesday, May 29th – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, May 30th – 14 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, May 31st – 6.9 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, June 1st – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, June 2nd – Rock 'N' Roll San Diego 5K, Stretched & Foam Rolled
I will consider this week a total win - got in 50 miles, enjoyed a rest day, saw some FAN-FREAKIN'-TASTIC runners, made great memories, and lived to tell the tales ;) I will recap my weekend of running over the next couple of days, but for now I need to try and catch up on a little sleep... And maybe get in an Epsom salt bath or two ;)
