Sunday, August 7th – 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, August 8th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 5 progressive mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, August 9th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, August 10th – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, August 11th – Rest Day (explored Vancouver) Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, August 12th – November Project, Rise and Flow Yoga, 20 mile bike ride, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, August 13th – SeaWheeze Half Marathon, Sunset Festival Yoga, Stretched & Foam Rolled
This was definitely not a 'normal' week per-say, but I got everything in - including 39.1 miles of running, 20 miles of biking, a November Project Workout, 2 hours of yoga and tons of walking. I think one thing that I need more of for next week is SLEEP! And maybe an epsom salt bath or seven :)
