Sunday, July 31st – 6 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, August 1st – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 5 progressive mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, August 2nd – 8 mile run
Wednesday, August 3rd – 5 mile run (hill repeats), Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, August 4th – 18 mile bike ride, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, August 5th – 10 mile run
Saturday, August 6th – Balboa Park 8-Miler, Stretched & Foam Rolled
42 miles of running?! I'll take it! Although I didn't get in a rest day this week... Ah well, thankfully the body still feels great and with the travel to Vancouver this upcoming week I figured I might take an extra rest day then. This week I pushed myself in some pretty difficult workouts and am proud to report that I am feeling stronger and stronger! Now to find a goal race and get it on the calendar ;)
