Tuesday, June 3rd – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Wednesday, June 4th – 4 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, June 7th – 4 mile run with a friend (followed by delicious Acai and Pitaya Bowls), 1.5 mile hilly hike with the hubby and puppy, Foam Rolled & Stretched
This week was all about getting back into the swing of things. Now that I am back at work, I am trying to figure out when and how to workout so it will fit into my schedule. This week I did everything after I got off of work (working 8am-2pm Monday thru Thursday), but I might try and do a couple workouts in the mornings to avoid the warmer afternoon temperatures - although that means earlier wake up calls and I'm not sure how I feel about that :).
How were your workouts this past week? Do you get your workouts in during the morning or afternoon/ evening?

Nice work CLee. Way to get it in. Here in AZ you gotta get it in before 10am. Otherwise you're pretty much toast!
I love running and being outside in this humidity. Being from the Midwest, where the weather changes faster than your iPhone software, I try to appreciate any moment the sun is shining. Plus, the detox of sweating feels good. Just gotta remember to hydrate or you get that awful "sweat hangover!"
