Workout Recap - Week 24

Sunday, June 8th – 3 easy pace miles with the hubby (the first mile with the puppy and then mile two and three just with hubs), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, June 9th –  6 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Tuesday, June 10th –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, June 11th –  6 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, June 12th – Rest Day, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, June 13th – 13.13 mile run (for Friday the 13th, duh :))2 mile hilly hike with the hubby and puppy, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Saturday, June 14th – 6 easy pace miles with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Last week Ryan told me he wanted to do a "long run" this upcoming weekend (meaning this weekend). Yesterday I asked him what he meant by "long run". He said 6 miles... Oh, how a marathon (and all of the training that goes along with it) changes your perspective :)

We decided to do our run this morning instead of on our normal Sunday Runday because... WE'RE GOING TO DISNEYLAND! Our passes will be blacked out for the summer starting in two weeks, so tomorrow is the last day we can make it work. I guess that means Sunday Runday will change into Sunday FUNday and our workout will be complete with walking the theme parks for the day :)
