Tuesday, June 10th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Wednesday, June 11th – 6 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, June 14th – 6 easy pace miles with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Last week Ryan told me he wanted to do a "long run" this upcoming weekend (meaning this weekend). Yesterday I asked him what he meant by "long run". He said 6 miles... Oh, how a marathon (and all of the training that goes along with it) changes your perspective :)
We decided to do our run this morning instead of on our normal Sunday Runday because... WE'RE GOING TO DISNEYLAND! Our passes will be blacked out for the summer starting in two weeks, so tomorrow is the last day we can make it work. I guess that means Sunday Runday will change into Sunday FUNday and our workout will be complete with walking the theme parks for the day :)
