THE JET STREAM WILL BE ACROSS SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA THIS WEEKEND. BANDS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN BOTH AHEAD OF AND FOLLOWING A COLD FRONT ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY. RAINFALL RATES MAY EXCEED ONE INCH PER HOUR AT TIMES AND DEBRIS FLOWS ARE POSSIBLE. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF MAY ALSO CAUSE FLOODING OF MOST STREAMS AND WASHES AND LOW LYING AREAS ADJACENT TO RIVERS.
