Follow these steps to receive free admission to a Disneyland® Resort Theme Park on your 2009 birthday:
Register Yourself
Log in to your Disney account or create a new account. You must be 13 years or older. If you are under 13, please have a parent or guardian sign you up.
Proceed to the Free Admission on Your Birthday form to sign up.
Register Your Children
You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up any of your children for their free admission ticket for their birthday. Log in to your adult Disney account or create a new account.
Proceed to the Free Admission on Your Birthday form and sign yourself up.
You can then add your children to your account. However, you must register yourself first and log in with your adult account.
