Sunday, June 6th – 13.13 mile run
Monday, June 7th – Rest day
Tuesday, June 8th – 8.08 mile run
Wednesday, June 9th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, June 10th – 10.10 mile run
Friday, June 11th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, June 12th – 10.10 solo miles, 10K run with the hubby
Awwwww yeah! I got in 47.63 miles of running this week. BOOMSHAKALAKA! It has been a hot minute since I've been in the 40s and am STOKED! But what I am even more thrilled about is the fact that my body has been responding well. My left hamstring has been a little extra tight once or twice this week, so while at work I've been using the massage gun to try and give it a little extra lovin'. Other than that, things seem to be doing great. The hubby and I are starting our "training plan" next week for our next adventure and I'm super happy with where my base mileage is before we start.
