Workout Recap - Week 23

Sunday, May 30th – Hiked Capitol Reef [recap coming soon]

Monday, May 31st – 90 minutes on the stationary bike, 3 mile run with the hubby

Tuesday, June 1st – 90 minutes on the stationary bike

Wednesday, June 2nd – 12.15 mile run

Thursday, June 3rd – 90 minutes on the stationary bike

Friday, June 4th – 10.10 mile run

Saturday, June 5th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike

Nothing like getting home from an 11-day road trip and jumping right back into the swing of things. Although I wasn't necessarily running on our trip, we were still hiking around quite a bit every day (and I was getting up around 5am PST every morning, so was keeping a fairly early and consistent schedule like I normally do). Even still, the hubby and I are planning to start training for a run we will tackle in a couple months, so I'm just working on getting a base for the moment. Still extremely happy to report that the body feels fine and I seem to be keeping all of the injuries at bay! HOORAY!
