Sunday, February 28th – 13.13 mile run
Monday, March 1st – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, March 2nd – 8 mile run
Wednesday, March 3rd – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, March 4th – 6 mile run, 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, March 5th – Rest Day
Saturday, March 6th – 13.13 mile run
Two half marathons in one week, who am I?! I guess you can say the body seems healed! As you can see, I'm still sticking with the every-other-day running plan right now, but it seems to be working for me. This week I was even able to take a complete rest day on Friday! (After only having one day off work in the previous 11 days, which means being on my feet for 10-11 hours a day, my body was not only in need of a rest day, but it needed to sleep in and not have my alarm set for 4am!) Stoked to report the Achilles seems 100% better. On the other hand, the body has been angry at me the last couple days, but I think it's just my Fibromyalgia being flared by the changing weather (we've actually had rain and there is more in the forecast), but thankfully I've been living through the pain for the past 20+ years, so at this point I'm a pro...
