Sunday, March 14th – 10.10 mile run
Monday, March 15th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, March 16th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, March 17th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, March 18th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, March 19th – Rest Day
Saturday, March 20th – 5 mile hike with the hubby
Yep, you probably noticed, but my running dropped off again this week. My left foot has a niggle (it's the top of my foot... and although I'm nervous about jinxing myself, there's a possibility it's just my fibromyalgia and there's a possibility it could be a stress fracture...), so I've dialed back the running and am trying to listen to my body... even though I feel like I just got back at it after taking like 6 weeks off for my Achilles so I'm a bit ticked off (I JUST WANT MY BODY TO STOP HURTING!). Here's to hoping extra rest is giving my body time to settle down and get its act together. #FingersCrossed
