Monday, November 30th – 13.5 mile run
Tuesday, December 1st – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, December 2nd – 10.10 mile run
Thursday, December 3rd – Rest Day
Friday, December 4th – 13.44 mile run
Saturday, December 5th – 15 mile run
Almost 65 miles?! BOOYA! I guess you can say I'm back ;) Seeing the overall mileage, it's no wonder why my legs (and body) feel tired. Add that to the fact that I worked Monday through Friday after being on vacation for 10 days and I am spent! I am thinking that I need a Sunday full of puppy snuggles and reading in the sun after this busy week!
