Monday, December 14th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike, 3.1 mile run (Day 1 - Twelve Days of Yeti)
Tuesday, December 15th – 5 mile progression run, 5 mile progression day (Day 2 - Twelve Days of Yeti)
Wednesday, December 16th – 121 sets of stairs (Day 3 - Twelve Days of Yeti)
Thursday, December 17th – 10.10 mile run, 3.1 mile run (Day 4 - Twelve Days of Yeti)
Friday, December 18th – 55 minutes of yoga for runners (Day 5 - Twelve Days of Yeti), 13.13 mile run
Saturday, December 19th – 7 mile BONK run (Day 6 - Twelve Days of Yeti)

@CarleeMcDot), then you'll just have to trust that some of the workouts have been a bit unconventional and have pushed me outside of my routine. I can't say all of them will stick around, but I love that it's been mixing things up. I've also been using it more as a suggestion, so I've been getting in the workouts, but then adding in some additional miles if I feel like I want/ need to. With that said, I'm pretty pumped I was able to get in another 60+ mile week (at the same time as working 40 hours a week and getting holiday preparations in order!). Next week might be a bit of a cutback week, we'll just have to see how I'm feeling.
