Sunday, December 6th – 15.15 mile run
Monday, December 7th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, December 8th – 13.13 mile run
Wednesday, December 9th – 10.10 mile run
Thursday, December 10th – Rest Day
Friday, December 11th – 13.13 mile run
Saturday, December 12th – 18.18 mile run
Almost 70 miles for the week?! I should've run an extra .31 to bump it up had I known, hehe. But in all honesty, I'm stoked at home I'm feeling. Sure, I'm a bit tired, but that makes sense. My body doesn't feel terrible at all (I have some fibromyalgia pain in a couple of the toes on my right foot, random, I know, but other than that things feel fine!). I realized this past week that I technically have about 90 days until my next race, a 50K, and I should probably start getting in higher mileage. Not sure if it'll be cancelled, postponed or go on as scheduled, but in case we're able to run it, I wanna be ready.
