Workout Recap - Week 51

Sunday, December 13th – 4 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Monday, December 14th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 4 mile treadmill run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Tuesday, December 15th –  8 mile run Foam Rolled & Stretched


Wednesday, December 16th – 17 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Thursday, December 17th –  8 pace mile treadmill run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Friday, December 18th –  17 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Saturday, December 19th – Rest Day (Travel), Foam Rolled & Stretched


This post is a few days late, but when I go to "The Mitten" I am spending all the time with my family and barely pull out my computer! Although my runs didn't feel super strong, I am happy with the consistency. I am slightly worried about getting in all of my workouts while I am in Michigan, but I will try my best and celebrate the holidays as much as possible.
