Saturday, July 11th – REST DAY, Foam Rolled & Stretched
42 miles run?! AWESOMESAUCE! I feel like I am normally in the 30ish range, so to see a 4 at the beginning of the number (and not technically during a training cycle) makes me want to jump for joy (that is, if my legs weren't tired ;)). I am planning on cutting down my mileage a bit this upcoming week to give my body a bit of a break, but I am stoked with where everything stands currently!

Nice workout week! Very nice progression run. Question about those- do you predetermine what you want to hit each mile in before your run, or do you just go by how you feel and make the effort to make each mile faster? I'm adding them to my training this cycle, and am curious as to how other runners treat them.
