42 miles run?! AWESOMESAUCE! I feel like I am normally in the 30ish range, so to see a 4 at the beginning of the number (and not technically during a training cycle) makes me want to jump for joy (that is, if my legs weren't tired ;)). I am planning on cutting down my mileage a bit this upcoming week to give my body a bit of a break, but I am stoked with where everything stands currently!
