36 miles of running - not too shabby. I even got in a hill workout! If I am planning on seriously tackling the Revel Canyon City Marathon in November for a Boston Qualifying attempt, I will need to get a legit training schedule together soon. I mean, HOW ARE WE ALREADY IN JULY?! Right now I'm still just sort of doing the workouts I want. Of course I am trying to get faster and stronger, but I am not using a specific plan. It's about that time to get down to business! 18 weeks until Revel!

How were your workouts this past week?

Sounds like you had an awesome week! I did mostly cross-training with getting back into the swing of running. I had a pretty good outing today, and three months until back-to-back races. Training plan needs to happen this round for me as well! Like you, I am also wondering how we are in July already.

Sounds like a good week. Right there with you on how is it July. Reading this, I really need to be more diligent on rolling.
