Workout Recap - Week 3

Sunday, January 11th – WDW Marathon with friendsFoam Rolled & Stretched


Monday, January 12th – 3 mile (easy pace) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched 


Tuesday, January 13th –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Wednesday, January 14th –  3 mile (easy pace) run [turned into 3 miles of hill repeats... OOPS]Foam Rolled & Stretched


Thursday, January 15th – 19.25 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Friday, January 16th – REST DAY (worked at the Star Wars Expo from 12-8pm), Foam Rolled & Stretched 


Saturday, January 17th – 3 mile (easy pace) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


I can't believe one week ago I ran my second full marathon (and had a BLAST EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!)! This week was more of a recovery one (but yet again I ran another half marathon this morning). Now that the Dopey Challenge is "out of the way" it is time to focus on the Phoenix Marathon! Only a few short weeks and I will be trying to go sub-4!
