Workout Recap - Week 27

Sunday, June 29th – 5.5 mile run,  1 mile hike with hubby and puppy, Foam Rolled & Stretched  

Monday, June 30th –  6 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Tuesday, July 1st –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, July 2nd –  6 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, July 3rd – 10.5 mile bike ride with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, July 4th – 14 mile runFoam Rolled & Stretched

Saturday, July 5th – Rest Day, Foam Rolled & Stretched

It's sort of amusing that in all of my pictures for this week I am wearing a different pair of footwear... Maybe I have a problem.... NAH!

After a week of VACATION, it was nice to get back into a routine (not so much going back to work ;), but working out is always a welcomed addition to my week). 31.5 miles running, 10.5 miles biking, and a strength training day. 

I am really hoping this humidity breaks soon though, it is less than fun to run in... Waking up and feeling sticky all day is NOT what I pay this HIGH SoCal premium to receive from Mother Nature.

Nice work C! I switched from uncle Pete's crazy 55 mile weeks to RLRF. 3/2 run to cross train. Today I did 13 and my ankle let me run the whole time. So glad. I'm starting PiYO next week too. My hip flexors are thanking me.
