Sunday, February 16th – 7.17 mile run
Monday, February 17th – 40 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, February 18th – 5K run
Wednesday, February 19th – Travel day
Thursday, February 20th – 30 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, February 21st – Rest day (ice fishing)
Saturday, February 22nd – 30 minutes on the stationary bike
Like I mentioned last week, this week was going to be a bit different because I was back in Michigan visiting my parents. Sure, I could've run outside in the freezing temps (I think it might have gotten above 32* for maybe a couple hours while I was there ;)) or gone to the gym to use the treadmill, but seeing as I'm not officially training for anything, I didn't force it. They got a stationary bike from one of the local thrift stores, so a couple days I jumped on that while we were watching TV and called it good (no need to miss family time to force a workout). I'll be back at my regularly scheduled program soon.
