Monday, October 11th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, October 12th – 13.13 mile run
Wednesday, October 13th – Rest Day
Thursday, October 14th – 10.10 mile run
Friday, October 15th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, October 16th – 20.20 mile run
53.53 miles this week - BOOYA! Although the body has felt fine with the mileage, I'm feeling pretty fatigued overall. I am sure it has to do with the fact that I am out of the house 55 hours a week for work (I leave at 8:30am and get home a little before 7:30pm) along with the change in weather and everything else we are doing [yup, a vague post, but more to come soon ;)]. For my Saturday long run I originally had my alarm set for 3:33am to try and beat the heat (we're dealing with another heatwave right now) but decided to go back to sleep for a couple hours. I'm doing my best to listen to my body.
