Sunday, October 17th – 6.2 mile run with the hubby
Monday, October 18th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, October 19th – 13.13 mile run
Wednesday, October 20th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, October 21st – 10.10 mile run
Friday, October 22nd – Rest Day
Saturday, October 23rd – 15.01 mile run
This week I got in 44.44 miles of running. A little less than last week because I ran "short" with the hubby, but I guess it doesn't really matter at this point... You see, on Friday I heard from the race director of the 50K I was training for (originally scheduled for April 2020, rescheduled June 2021 and then rescheduled for November 2021) has been postponed again... BUMMER! With that said I don't have any longer distances races soon so I guess I can dial back my mileage again...
