Workout Recap - Week 6

Sunday, February 4th – 20 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, February 5th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, February 6th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, 5 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled



Wednesday, February 7th – 8 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, February 8th – 10 mile run


Friday, February 9th – 4 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Saturday, February 10th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Another 55 mile week?! YES PLEASE! As I've said before, lately it is all about quantity over quality. The hubby and I threw in some hills during our 4-miler on Friday, but other than that it has just been about getting in more miles in preparation for our Rim2Rim2Rim attempt at the end of April (oh yeah, and the hubby has started tapering for his first full in two weeks - the Phoenix Marathon - YIPEEEE!). All-in-all we both feel great right now (and we both still love running!)!

Sounds like a great week! So excited about your R2R2R trip. You should definitely check out Daley Ranch for a training run on hilly and rocky trails. Also the views are lovely. It’s super easy to find, has lots of parking, and many trail options.
