Sunday, February 11th – 12 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, February 13th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, 4 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, February 14th – 6 mile run with the hubby
Thursday, February 15th – 10 mile run
Friday, February 16th – 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, February 17th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
It's taper time! Although I have three full marathons over the course of seven weeks, this is the hubby's FIRST FULL, so we are still having him taper a bit (even though we will be running the Los Angeles Marathon three weeks after the Phoenix Marathon and then attempting to tackle the Rim 2 Rim 2 Rim challenge about a month and a half later). He's feeling great and ready to become a MARATHONER... and I couldn't be more proud! He's a ROCK-FREAKIN'-STAR!
