Sunday, November 27th – 45 minutes of yoga with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, November 28th – 2.5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, November 29th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 3 mile walk, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, November 30th – 15 mile bike ride, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, December 1st – 3 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, December 2nd – 10 mile walk, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, December 3rd – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
If you haven't guessed it yet, I AM GOING CRAZY! My hip is not 100% yet, which is a MAJOR bummer! I have been taking it easy, but still trying to get in a few miles here and there as to check in and gauge how everything is healing. My chiropractor said that muscles/ nerves can take 4-6 weeks (sometimes more) to get back from over-use issues. Here's to hoping I can see the light at the end of the tunnel soon...
