Saturday, February 14th – REST DAY, Foam Rolled & Stretched
The Santa Ana winds were blowing this week, which means HEAT! While the rest of the country is covered in snow or dealing with negative degree wind chills, we are over here sweating our booties off (but NO, I don't want to switch with you ;) ). I did hear the temps are supposed to go back to normal in the next day or so though.
This week my dad was in town, so it was nice to have him along for a couple of my workouts.
