Sunday, April 19th – 3.11 mile run with the hubby
Monday, April 20th – Rest day
Tuesday, April 21st – 5.1 mile progression run
Wednesday, April 22nd – 5 mile run
Thursday, April 23rd – Rest day
Friday, April 24th – 7 mile run + 8 mile bike ride with the hubby
Saturday, April 25th – 10.10 mile run
I decided this would be a cutback week for me (dial back the mileage a bit and let my body recover). Instead of a longer run on Sunday I joined the hubby for a morning 5K. Also, on Wednesday, I didn't feel like running in the dark yet again, so I pushed my run till after work. Friday's run was a bit off because my stomach was feeling a little wonky. All-in-all, none of the runs felt great, but I got them done and checked off another 30.30 miles. Here's to everything starting to click soon.
