Sunday, April 5th – 3.66 mile trail run with the hubby
Monday, April 6th – Rest day
Tuesday, April 7th – 8 mile run
Wednesday, April 8th – 5 mile run
Thursday, April 9th – 7.65 mile solo run, 3 mile run with the hubby
Friday, April 10th – Rest day
Saturday, April 11th – 7 mile run (the first 4 miles solo, the last 3 with the hubby)
This week was a little different because my work schedule was different. There are two dentists at the dental office I work at, but this week one of them was off since his kids were on Spring Break. Since we were seeing about half as many patients, we only needed half as many front desk staff. I only had to work Monday and Friday, which meant I used those as my two rest days and got to run whenever my heart wanted on the other days. The hubby is also trying to get more consistent with his running, so he joined me THREE times this week - WHOOO HOOO! I don't mind running his pace if he's willing to pound the pavement (or trounce the trails) with me. Almost 35 miles for the week - AWESOMESAUCE!
