Workout Recap - Week 25

Sunday, June 15th  3.5 hour walk

Monday, June 16th –  Rest day

Tuesday, June 17th – 75 minutes on the stationary bike

Wednesday, June 18th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike

Thursday, June 19th – 4.44 mile trail run with the hubby

Friday, June 20th  75 minutes on the stationary bike

Saturday, June 21st – 4.24 mile run with the hubby

This week was a little different. My back was still giving me issues, so I decided to take it easy(ier). Instead of a 2.5 hour run on Sunday, I got in a 3.5 hour walk (less back tweaking and body pounding). Plus I stayed on the stationary bike a couple extra days during the week and tried to hit the dirt when I was running so it was easier on the jostling of my back. Thankfully the back seems to be feeling a bit better, so hopefully with another week of dialed back workouts I'll be golden.
