Workout Recap - Week 24

Sunday, June 8th  5 mile trail run with the hubby

Monday, June 9th –  45 minutes on the stationary bike

Tuesday, June 10th – 4 mile run

Wednesday, June 11th – Rest day

Thursday, June 12th – 4.77 mile trail run with the hubby

Friday, June 13th  Rest day

Saturday, June 14th – 4 mile trail run with the hubby

Well, as you can see, my workouts were cut a bit drastically this week. Instead of a midweek long run or weekend long run, I took extra rest days. I have broken ribs (in my back) before and the pain that I am feeling is very similar, so I have been taking some extra days off from the pounding. The hubby, pup and I were up in Mammoth with friends for a long weekend, so I got in some trail runs with him (which is more hiking up hill with some jogging down hill thrown in every once in a while) which was fun. I'm just praying that my back/ ribs start feeling better sooner rather than later.
