Workout Recap - Week 26

Sunday, June 22nd  7.17 mile run

Monday, June 23rd –  75 minutes on the stationary bike

Tuesday, June 24th – 4.14 mile run, 5.15 mile bike ride

Wednesday, June 25th – 9 mile run

Thursday, June 26th – 4 miles of hill repeats

Friday, June 27th  9 mile run with the hubby

Saturday, June 28th – 18 mile run

I'm going to consider this week a success. The runs may not have been pretty, but I got them done and that's what matters. The hubby's family was getting into town so I moved some of my runs around that way I wouldn't have to be gone for an extra long time while they are here (hence why I didn't have any rest days this week). LET'S KEEP IT UP!
