Sunday, December 24th – Rest Day
Monday, December 25th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, December 26th – Rest Day
Wednesday, December 27th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, December 28th – 3 mile Christmas Light run with the hubby (our new weekly tradition in December)
Friday, December 29th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, December 30th – 3 mile run
Not too shabby for getting back on the pony! Two rest days this week, but one was because I donated blood and I wasn't supposed to workout ;) I'll be honest, waking up early lately has been ROUGH! My body has not wanted to go out into the "cooler" temps and my mind just hasn't been in the game. I'm hoping that when my doctor and I figure out my thyroid medicine dosage that it'll help with the energy. Shoot, maybe I'll become an after-work-runner?! Or maybe not, hehe.
