Sunday, January 21st – Rest Day
Monday, January 22nd – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, January 23rd – Rest Day
Wednesday, January 24th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, January 25th – Rest Day
Friday, January 26th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, January 27th – 5 mile run
Alrighty, so I know I said I was going to run more this week, but hear me out (cue the excuses ;)). My fibromyalgia has been wreaking havoc on my body with all of these storms rolling through. With that said, I have devised a workout plan that hopefully I can stick with - 3 days running, 2 days biking, 1 day strength training and 1 off day. What I'm thinking is: Monday - bike, Tuesday - strength, Wednesday - run, Thursday - bike, Friday - rest, Saturday - run, Sunday - run. Since I don't have any races on my calendar until a half in April, I think three days of running (only one during the work week that I need to fit in) is totally doable. Now, the hard part, actually making all of the workouts happen, hehe. WE GOT THIS!
