Sunday, January 7th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Monday, January 8th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, January 9th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, January 10th – 6 mile run
Thursday, January 11th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, January 12th – Rest Day
Saturday, January 13th – 6 mile run
Still a couple more bikes than runs, but, hey, I'm getting in some activity and building the routine. I would say that the running sort of feels like I am starting over. My paces aren't bad, but I can definitely tell that my endurance has gone out the window. By the end of six miles I'm ready to be done... But slow and steady wins the race (or at least has less likelihood of getting an injury), so I'll keep chugging along and inch my distance/ strength/ stamina up little by little.
