Thursday, January 18th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, January 19th – Rest Day
Saturday, January 20th – Hiked Diamond Head
I'll be honest, I'm a little disappointed in myself for the lack of running, but we had guests at the house for a week and then the hubby and I both left on separate, mini trips, so it was fairly hectic around the house. It was easier to jump on and off the bike while doing the laundry or skipping a run because we were hosting. I feel like a broken record, but I'm promising myself I'm getting back on the running wagon next week. I know I'll mentally (and physically) feel better once I'm out there.
