Sunday, December 31st – 5 mile run
Monday, January 1st – 3 mile run with the hubby (since we both had the day off)
Tuesday, January 2nd – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, January 3rd – Rest Day
Thursday, January 4h – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, January 5th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, January 6th – 3 mile run
More biking and less running than I would've liked, but when I stood up on Wednesday to head out for my run, I yawned, stretched and felt a crackling/ crunching feeling in my neck. It felt like when you know a charlie horse is coming and you are trying to prevent it... well, whatever I did to my neck, it hurt for a good three days afterwards. I figured the jarring of pounding the pavement might not have been the best thing for it, so to the bike I went (but at least I got in activity). Lately it feels like there is always something preventing me from getting in a run. Here's to hoping next week will be different...
