Wednesday, July 6th – Rest Day
Thursday, July 7th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, July 8th – Rest Day
Saturday, July 9th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Another week of biking my miles. And I can't believe it, but the 100-miler is in LESS THAN A WEEK! I'll try running in the next day or two (only a mile or so) to see how it feels and if my rib 'stays together'. Here's to hoping I'm all healed...
