Monday, September 21st – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, September 23rd – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, September 24th – 13.33 mile run
Friday, September 25th – 13.33 mile run
Saturday, September 26th – 11.11 mile run
This week was a little extra hectic because the hubby was at a photoshoot Sunday through Thursday, but thankfully I was still able to get in all of my workouts when I wanted (although it did mean a little less sleep than I would have preferred). Originally we were supposed to be camping in Mammoth starting Friday, but with the wildfires and all of the closures, the campground cancelled our reservations. I guess it turned out okay, though, because the hubby was wiped out when he got back on Thursday, so the drive probably would have been a bit much for us after the week we had. I am stoked, however, that I was able to get in almost 60 miles of running this week! BOOYA! The ankle seems to be back to normal, so I might go back to only biking one day a week, but we will have to wait and see how that pans out.
