Sunday, September 6th – 10.10 mile solo run, 3.1 mile run with the hubby
Monday, September 7th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, September 9th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, September 10th – 13.6 mile run
Friday, September 11th – 4.73 mile trail run with the hubby
Saturday, September 12th – 15.25 miles of trail running with the hubby (8.34 miles, 6.91 miles)
They hubby and I were originally supposed to be in Kern River for a camping trip to celebrate our birthdays this weekend, but with all of the wildfires burning in SoCal the campgrounds and recreational areas have been closed. We wouldn't let that thwart our plans of a birthday adventure, so we threw together a last minute trip to Utah. While we were there we ended up getting in much more running than I was originally expecting, so I was over 50 miles for the week (which hasn't happened in quick a long time!) - WHOOO HOOOO! Not only was I at 56.78 miles for the week, but my ankle held up on the uneven terrain while trail running and hiking - YIPPEEEEE! I am going to consider this week a major success!
