Workout Recap - Week 13

Sunday, March 25th – 17 mile run (12 miles with the hubby, 5 solo miles) around Fort Stevens


Monday, March 26th – Rest day


Tuesday, March 27th – 4 mile run with the hubby around Port Angeles, 4 miles of hiking (Hoh Rain Forest and Cape Flattery)


Wednesday, March 28th – 12 mile run with the hubby on the Port Angeles Waterfront Trail, 5 miles of hiking (Marymere Falls and Sol Duc Falls)


Thursday, March 29th – 8 mile run with the hubby on the Olympic Discovery Trail


Friday, March 30th – Rest day

Saturday, March 31st – 24 mile run with the hubby on the Wildwood Trail in Portland


Another week on the road, another week of getting in our miles. Let me tell you, the "weather" we have encountered while on the road definitely reminds us of how well we have it in SoCal... I don't know if I would be a runner if I had to deal with the "weather" some of these places have all year round... For me, the HIGH sunshine tax we pay is worth every penny!
