Sunday, July 10th – 4 mile trail run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, July 11th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 6 mile progressive run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, July 12th – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, July 13th – 18.25 mile bike ride
Thursday, July 14th – 7 mile progression run (first 3 with the hubby, the last 4 solo), Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, July 15th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, July 16th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
My long run was "delayed" slightly because I had a half marathon on Sunday. Although it wasn't going to be a goal race I didn't want to have overly tired legs for the hilly course. Even still, I got in 35 miles of running for the week. And with no goal races or full marathons on the calendar I will consider that a WIN!
