#UpForMore Weekly Goal

A couple weeks ago I was asked to be a Garmin Ambassador (um.... HOLY CRAPOLY... can you say HUGE?!). Anyway, this post is not about that (I just had to sneak it in since I am BEYOND THRILLED about the opportunity), it is about a new project that started today.

#UpForMore

Starting today and every Monday, Garmin Fitness is going to ask their followers on Facebook (hopefully that includes YOU) how you will be #UpForMore during the upcoming week and to comment with one goal you plan on accomplishing that week.
Every comment with a goal will be edited into an original post so people can see what others are doing for the next week and how everyone is #UpForMore. On the following Monday, they will ask all of us to come back and let them know if we accomplished our goal. If you did, they will edit the post and put a check mark next to your name.

This is what today's post looks like

I hope this is something that will continue to grow and I think people will enjoy being held accountable each week and being proud of coming back to the Garmin page to announce that they met their goal. I know I post my "Weekly Workout Recaps" as a way to hold myself accountable, but I really think this is an AWESOME idea!

How do you hold yourself accountable on your goals?

I am terrible at holding myself accountable. I rely on others to help get me there, which is why I love the blogging community. Sometimes, when I'm just not feeling it, all it takes is a visit to another website, or reaching out via social media for some encouragement to remind me why I do what I do. Love this idea from Garmin! (And congrats on being an ambassador!)
