Workout Recap - Week 51

Sunday, December 15th – Santa Mile Race with WaltFoam Rolled & Stretched


Monday, December 16th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, 140 squats (part of the Squat Challenge I am participating in)Foam Rolled & Stretched

Tuesday, December 17th –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs) & 150 additional squats (part of the Squat Challenge I am participating in)

Wednesday, December 18th – 1 hour of sand volleyball, 2 mile power walk, Stationary bike for 60 minutes (18.18miles) & 155 squats (part of the Squat Challenge I am participating in)

Thursday, December 19th – Elliptical for 60 minutes & 160 squats (part of the Squat Challenge I am participating in)

Friday, December 20th – Travel Day


Saturday, December 21st – Treadmill for 60 minutes & 180 squats (part of the Squat Challenge I am participating in)

Wednesday was a 'beach day' at work, filled with "team building" activities. My co-worker and I led a 'power walk' in the afternoon while other folks did stand-up paddle boarding. Thankfully we didn't do it on Thursday because that was when the rain started. [[It's AMAZING to live somewhere that we can enjoy beach time on December 18th!]]

Although we are back in Michigan for Christmas, I am still trying to stay active. I was thinking about running outside this morning, but it was 37* and raining, and since I've been sick I didn't want to get worse, so decided to stick to the treadmill. We are "tappering" for our half marathon next weekend, so I won't be over doing it this week (not to mention we are trying to get in as much family time as possible), but I still want to get in a few more workouts.
