Workout Recap - Week 33

Sunday, August 11th – 3 miles with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, August 12th – Elliptical for 60 minutes

Tuesday, August 13th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, August 14th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, August 15th –  Stationary bike for 60 minutes (17.77 miles), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, August 16th – Easy pace six miles, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Saturday, August 17th– 14 miles with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Eh.... Not the best week (and maybe it is just because I have this morning's run fresh in my mind), but still got all my workouts in. We actually changed up our 14-miler from tomorrow to today because we have a Breakout Reunion Camp Fire tonight and wanted to be able to stay up late without being worried about having to get up early for our long run. Another week down!
