Ryan and I registered for some muffin tins (well, they aren't tin, they are silicon, but you know what I mean), and I noticed that they had been purchased off of our registry (I was on there before we have had a few things, such as mugs and dishes, that have arrived broken, or just plain SMASHED, so I had to go on to see how to return them, etc). This morning when I was looking at my Google Reader (that tells me what blogs I follow have been updated) I saw an easy recipe for Blueberry Muffins. Ryan really likes blueberries, so I am thinking this might be one of the first things I try in our new muffin pans (and then some fun-fetti cupcakes, YUM)... Anyway, check out the easy (and vegan) recipe here. I'll let you know how they turn out :)
