Thursday, August 30th – 2 mile warm-up, 45 minute tempo {5.9 miles}, 2 mile cool-down, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, August 31st – 13.1 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, September 1st – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
A 61 mile week?! Shoot doggy! I had to swap around my runs a bit this week because Sunday's 20-miler will be closer to a 17 miler, so I changed my Saturday 10 mile run to a 13.1 mile run to make up for it... then I moved it from Saturday to Friday because we were leaving Saturday morning to drive up to Mammoth Lakes area for the weekend. But in other exciting news.... drum roll please... MY HAMSTRING SEEMS TO BE BACK TO 100%! WHOOOO HOOOOO!
