Friday, November 20th – Rest Day, Foam Rolled & Stretched
I have to say, this week felt lazy as crazy as that may sound (especially since I ran 3 races and a total of 49.3 miles). I think it was because I took 3 rest days (I had two on the calendar but decided to add another one on Wednesday instead of a bike day) to try and give my calf a little extra down time. It was still tight/ knotty from my marathon for most of the week so I knew the extra rest was necessary. Thankfully the calf feels back to 100%!
