Monday, November 9th – Rest Day, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, November 10th – 3 mile run with the hubby, Strength Training (abs, back and arms but NO legs since they are still sore/tight), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Unfortunately for me, my left calf is still tender so I have been trying to take it relatively easy this week (but was still able to get in 17 miles, a strength training workout and 3 rest days). The hubby asked me if I wanted to run with him THREE TIMES this week, so you better believe I took him up on that offer!
